        this guy is never in his office, and is the only one that can wright a policy in the office I have showed up numerous times at all different times in the afternoon as my obligations don't allow me to come in before noon. His business hours state he is open till 5 but apparently he calls it a day around noon and leaves his secretary there who cant do anything but tell you to come in another day. he is apparently the only insurance agent in Laughlin but he is lazy and unreliable
