If i could give less stars i would.These people had our car for three months and they never even tried to contact us about it, we had to call them, and then they tell us we have one weak to move our car and if we don't it's going to the junkyard. So please don't do business with this company

My husband and I have had problem's (We have two vehicle's) with other mechanic's (Bullhead City, Az. & Fort Mohave, Az.) in town. We were ready to give up. My husband was told about these guy's through a friend. He and I told them (mechanic's) what our issues were. They (mechanic's) were right on it and fixed everything that was wrong. We won't be going anywhere else but for these guy's. The owner Tom is a character. Tom keeps everything in prospective. 🙂 They are our new car wizard's. Do not go to all performance automotive they will lie to you and try and steal from you. I had an alternator tensioner in AC unit job totaling $1800 which wasn't the problem it was a lot of money but I was willing to make payments on it. After talking to Tom we agreed the job would get done my car would go in next it would be done in either A-day or 2 at the most I put down $700 my title because Tom was concerned that he doesn't know me and that I might "rip him off" in his words. Knowing that I do Van life and I live in my vehicle he agreed I could sleep in the car on the property until I got fixed. Days went by and my car didn't go in period I come to find out that he had been lying to me. He didn't want to put my car in until I gave him more money which he never told me he was going to do he agreed to take my $700 my Title to hold And that was what he was needing to get the job done. So for the past 3 days of me asking about my car they continued to lie to me and say that my car was going in next. It took until I confronted Tom about this for him to admit that he didn't want to do my car even after taking the money that we agreed upon and my vehicle title. So for a week I was trying to survive in a 100ﾟ temperatures sleeping in my car and walking around the area trying to survive with no air conditioning. I tried hanging out at the river as much as I could to try keep cooler as a result I ended up with an ear infection and getting really sick because Tom lied to me and didn't fix my car for a week. If I had known that he was going to lie to me like this I would have gone to Lance's automotive down the street across from him or superior tire. Do not trust Tom hes moving to Kingman and hes selling his business in Bullhead City. He is a bad businessman and a liar it's kind of ironic that he was the one not to be trusted when he insisted that I was the 1 that he didn't trust.

Tom was very helpful!. They took good care of me, didn't overcharge, and were prompt in fixing my truck. I would highly recommend them!
