You need to make sure that you need Legal representation because the manager Fran is a bigot a liar and will Discriminate Against you if you are your Disabled

We have lived here now for over 4 years & we couldn't be more happier. It's all due to management. Fran, our property manager is on top of everything. From keeping our units spotless to making it so very safe to reside her. The maintenance workers are on it as well. All have great attitudes making it so easy to communicate with.The neighbors here are awesome. We are very very blessed. On top of all that , our cable tv and utilities are all in included in rent. All appliances are up to date. And living in walking distance from Walmart, Baskin-Robbins, & Panda Express, etc....is a plus

Don't move here. This place has bedbugs. Even though there's a pest control company that will come and treat them when you report them they are still here. At least that's been the case with my apartment for about the last 2abd a half to 3yrs

Not a bad retirement place. Right next to walmart.
