Called Dave to get an appointment for transportation in which I had been waiting for since Monday, now Thursday and no call to me or my contractor I decided to call him directly I asked what day he would have someone available to bring my cargo to California and got a mouthful of his whole work history, windshield, busyness, traffic, weather and how dare I ask when he has work to do!!!!!! I then had to get a word in by yelling Back that all I needed to know was a date. I did not need to get yelled at as if I was a little girl bugging daddy. The man had absolutely no reason to yell at me nor accuse me of being rude and disrespectful when I couldn’t even get a word in edgewise. He explained in his harshest, rudest, high pitched manner that when he has an opening he will call my contractor, in fact get someone else to help you with your cargo have the company come and pick it up themselves 😮🤔😲and he hung up on me. WOW I was shocked literally, I seriously was dumbfounded. He had the nerve to call my contractor the next day polite as ever and scheduled the appointment 😱😳😒🤔 But I had already made arrangements that day with someone more respectful to a customers simple need for an appointment. Why would I have someone with such a bad temperament handle precious cargo, why would anyone!!!😡I am sure he knew he did wrong and this is why he called my contractor so sweetly. I am just hoping he doesn’t destroy my property before they pick it up! To tell you the truth I am still in utter shock as to why he was so disrespectful???? Scary that someone like that is left in charge with someone’s expensive cargo. I literally felt as though he thought he was the only transporter in the land of crazy. Did he think a women couldn’t find someone else and he was holding my property for punishment??? That’s exactly how I felt when he hung up on me but not anymore😊
