My husband and I built our home with LandSea May 7th, 2020. The house itself is fine, we opted for builder grade everything to customize on our own. As we near the end of our 1 year warranty, we have been attempting to have some final issues resolved. One of which was a window the other was faulty wiring installed.
It has been about two months of little to no communication from our warranty people. Being told the issues were resolved, when no one had shown to look at the problems in the first place. Lack of regard for our time and randomly scheduling apts without our knowledge.
We have been told that the dead wire the electrical people installed was no longer under warranty due to a valve being added on. However, in the warranty (2-10 warranty, section 13.1) section, it states there are no exclusions. No one has been able to provide us that in writing.
Again, the house itself is fine, but if you purchase a new build with LandSea, warranty work is very, very difficult to work with. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Nice area. Town looks well maintained and fresh. Think it would be a nice place to live.
