Main Street Property Management

I work at one of their properties and there is continual burglary, car thefts, Stolen tailgates, catalytic converters and rear cameras stolen. The property management company refuses to put cameras even though theres been multiple complaints to beef up their security. They do not provide a safe place for employees and customers alike. They are more concerned about where people are parking rather than the fact that their property Rio Salado Is a constant target with daily activity. Most recently my car was hit in a hit and run accident while I was working and because of their lack of camera and security there were no witnesses. Considering it has been an ongoing problem with multiple complaints just from our building alone it is in my opinion negligence on their part not to install proper security cameras. Do not rent from these people theres plenty of other safer places this location is not worth the amount of crime that has plagued the buildings at 1215 W Rio Salado. Unfortunately I have to run this incident through my car insurance because the property management company and my company will not except responsibility. All companies should provide a safe environment to work in and to park their vehicles!

Ken and Suzette will straight up steal your deposit. These people are trying to charge me over $500 for 2 ceiling fans that wobble and a faucet that has some hard water corrosion. Ken wont respond to phone calls so I will be taking them to court. Beware these people are thieves.

Currently in the middle of week 4 with no kitchen sink. Whoever they had install the sink did not do it properly so the piping decayed away and every time we used it it sprayed, unknown to us, the inside of the island. Entire island was a loss and needed to be gutted and dried. Got dried but then no one from the company will respond to the rebuild company to get this taken care of more will the home owner respond either. I called multiple times over the last couple of days and never got a response. Finally today I get an email that tells me that as of next week they will no longer be managing this property and any issues I have will need to go through the new company but I dont even know who that is because Main Street gave us no notification. So now we will be going on a month of no sink after their poor management of this situation. This is not the type of service that should be provided by a company, especially one here in Verrado. Edit to add: Finally got ahold of the home owner for the home I am renting. I gave him all the contact information to the company that was to rebuild the island. He then informed me that he just found out that the Main Street gave the company Contact info that was over two years old. I also still do not h e any info on the new property management company and when I reached out one more time to Main Street I was told to stop calling and then hung up on.
