        Paying for convenience I guess, but to charge $9 for a key, then ask for an additional $2 to clean up the cut so it's not janky and sharp is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. Would have walked away if I hadn't needed that key in that moment. Will never use again. Charge your fee and do the work. Don't make doing a decent job an upsale.
