***FRAUD ALERT!*** This place is a joke. We bought the $125 bouquet for my grandmothers 90th birthday. Not only were they delivered at 9pm, they were delivered to the neighbors house instead and placed on their porch. The flowers that we sent, are NOT the flowers I ordered. The floral arrangement that she received is not even the same value that I purchased. good luck getting ahold of them, lol. Their phone goes straight to voicemail, and they do not return calls. Too bad I live in Vegas, or else I would have just went directly to their shop (if there even is one). I also looked them up on the BBB site and although they are not BBB accredited they do have an F grade!

There should be a zero stars option. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this store. I ordered flowers for my Mom, who was also very sick, for Mother’s Day. After not seeing her for well over a year due to COVID and because she was sick, I wanted her to feel very special and loved. Being from MN I was not familiar with florists in the area. The flowers finally arrived 2 days late and were left outside without a door knock. I ordered the large Precious Rose bouquet and what she got was NOT that. Since they don’t answer their phone, I sent 2 emails giving them the opportunity to make it right. They never responded. Please be advised they are not a reputable store.

this place is the complete scam others have complained about. Unfortunate for me, I wanted to spend local and got the same treatment as everyone else who has complained. I should have checked reviews FIRST, not after the fact. no response to emails or phone calls to any of the 4 florists on my receipt! STAY AWAY!

DONT USE THIS FLORIST!!! I have ordered twice from this place. The first time they delivered 2 days late and did not deliver anything close to what I ordered. The second time, for Mother's Day, they delivered a day late and the arrangement that I paid $99.48 all total came with a dead, wilted over rose and white lilies that were damaged resulting in big brown rot spots all over the lily. And forget calling them for support, they don't answer the phone or call you back.

I wish there was a way to give negative stars. My experience with this florist has been terrible. I placed an order on a Thursday morning for a Friday delivery. The order was not delivered, I replied to the confirmation of order email asking where my order was and received a reply at 12:35 am (Saturday) that said: what is the recipients name? The order confirmation was in the email, which should have been looked up on their end. I never received a response. I attempted to call all of the locations listed on the order confirmation (Buckey Florist, Litchfield Florist, Tilted Tulip and Flowers of Queen Creek) and no one ever answered the phone. I sent another email Saturday mid morning asking for a response and included my phone number and received no response. I live out of state and a friend went to the location of Buckey Florist and there was no flower shop there. Then today (Sunday) the flowers show up and it is nothing like what I ordered. I paid $77 for the arrangement and received $20 worth of flowers. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM ANY OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED FLORISTS!!!!! Below is what I ordered and what was received.....I understand there can be changes but What was received is NOTHING like what I ordered in size or flowers. This place should be ashamed of themselves for conducing business like this.
