      image Sad to hear this company just had a horrific fatal accident leaving one new employee on job without any orientation to fall to his death 36’ and a second injured for life. Should he make it at all. Extremely neglectful company with no accountability for OSHA guidelines, nor Human Resource assistance. The owner and Supervisors need to take a good hard look at themselves. I would think that job site is shut down and due an investigation as well as internally.
