Arizona Water Co

Okay, I was late paying my water bill. But 3 weeks late, and they show up at the door to disconnect? I literally forgot to pay the bill. I tried to give money to the guy who arrived to shut off the water, but AZ Water has a policy to not accept payment in this manner. So I had to call the office, make the payment, and now I am waiting for the worker to return in an hour to turn my water back on, instead. Can't they give a 24 or 48 hour notice before shutoff? Or at least accept payment when they arrive to disconnect? And what other utility company shuts off services only 3 weeks after a bill is due? This isn't cable or the internet, it's an essential service. Very greedy folks.

I had my water disconnected with little to no notification. I was informed notice had been mailed, I never received it, however a text msg or e-mail would have been nice as one notice is not sufficient. After a conversation with Charmaine, and Frank the manager all has been resolved. What was a very stressful situation has been resolved professionally.

The girls here at the Water Company have always been nothing short of amazing. They're quick to help, always pleasant, and have never given me the run around. The water co.'s rates are astonishingly low in comparison to other City Run water services in other places.

Less then 1.star. they just turned my water off. They didn't care that there all ALL kinds of reasons to need water and especially HOT water. All the utility companies in Arizona are horrific. Do they treat EVERYONE with such a Condescending, don't give a crap about you, attitude. They don't even give a warning so you can make a situation right before they leave you with no water. Just terrible. Arizona and the utility companies in Benson, as well, are disgraceful.
