My well was drill in 1997 first pump replacement was 2015 no issue before none after, great service, great price.

I called on a Saturday evening they answered the phone. Told them I think I need a new pump. They showed up at 8am on Sunday morning diagnosed the problem and had a new pump installed in 2 hours. You cant ask for better service than that. Thank You

Titan Drilling put in a shared well at my property in 2002. I am selling my property now in 2020 because I'm buying a bigger property. Our well has had zero issues, is pumping out at 17 GPM, and our pressure is 65 PSI at the lot line. However, a potential buyer called this company and the owner of Titan Drilling without even doing an inspection told the buyers that the well they drilled may not be in good enough working order to support the community. He lost me a deal and then argued with me stating it wasn't his fault. He never did an inspection and yet had the audacity to tell the buyers information he didn't know. Very unprofessional! Next time before you speak on the behalf of my well, do a $#!@ inspection!!

Titan Drilling and John Cokely drilled a "well" that did not go deep, only about 150 feet, did not produce good, clean water and ran dry after 9 months.  The average well is around 500 feet, and they stopped far short of that. The agreement was to go to 500 but they hit a water pocket early. They were told to drill deeper while the rig was still drilling but they refused.  That well had to be abandoned and a whole new well had to be drilled at another location on the property.These people cost me a lot of $$$ and there are indications that they fall under influential developers and others who oppose your interests. Not recommend Titan Drilling or John Cokely AT ALL!
