THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! My daughter was scheduled for an evaluation at this clinic. It took months to get a time setup that was supposed to be for an hour with my child but the Therapist showed up over 20mins late and I was still billed for the full hour. The lobby was filled with no space to sit down and the front staff had no answers to why the Therapist was not on time. THIS PLACE JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY!

Absolutely the worse facility to go to. Save yourself time and money. Dont go here. Very High turnover with staff and therapists. Had my son going there for both OT and PT and boom they lost both their therapists. Called us months and months later to get back in but wouldnt accommodate or work with our schedule. Asked for a Supervisor and spoke to Dr. Pitts who ended hanging up the phone on me because I told her my son didnt need an evaluation over again since he was already a patient there. Dr Pitts didnt even bother to look for a folder on my son to see that he was already a patient there. She didnt acknowledge that and said she has more important things then us. She then said to go somewhere else. Ken the scheduler then came on phone and started laughing at us as if something was funny about the situation. I dont find anything funny other than Ken admitting to me that they have to get him back in due to insurance reasons he claimed. In other words trying to get more money from us and our insurance. Very unprofessional staff, rude and inconsiderate. Thats how this place does business. Wow

My daughter has been going here since she was a baby, the staff is very professional, Dr. Pitts is awesome ,I love it here, my daughter is very comfortable here and she trust her OT and PT therapist! We drive all the way from Buckeye to here and we love it!!!
