Never never never live here!!! The manager, not only doesn't fix issues in you may have in your apartment but also walks in your apartment uninvited at least 3 out of 5 times. If you do live here, I suggest you record every single conversation that you have with this man otherwise he will claim your conversation never happened. When he does come visit its either to collect rent or serve you notice to vacate. He is rarely here at the complex. You have neighbors in 2 apartments, that like and want to cause issues for you. They r either snitching or trying to pick a fight with you. Because he is the manager's favorite tenant, you get blamed for all the problems instead of the one responsible. Apparently there's also this unspeakable curfew where you cannot have guests past a certain time at night. When you try to get in contact with the actual owning company, there is only an address. No phone number. No email address. Nothing. Also there been many stories the manager asking female tenants for favors to pay rent I said he's only stores
