I must say that I was pleasantly surprised, with this place. The eye doctor, top-notch. No mess around tells you,exactly how it is. He took his time . He explained it no nonsense. And I trust him , just met him. Very clean facility , up-to-date, modern equipment. Five stars to these people..

I have strong prescription and purchasing a pair of glasses can be somewhat nerve wrecking at times because seems that so many things have to go right in order to fit me well. Jason was very understanding, kind, attentive, knowlegeable and validated my such concerns! Thank you Jason for your excellent service!

This specific location is SO MUCH better than nationwide or America's best. Super simple process. Handed me my prescription for my records without even having to ask or beg for it.

Not a very nice place , people are rude and disrespectful, Dr's are liars and thieves... they will not honor the warranty

The lady who helped me pick my glasses was polite and helpful, but that's about the only good thing about my visit. I hadn't been to an eye doctor for about 2 years until I decided to give this place a try. I was told I had to choose between eye dilating drops or the machine that cost $40 extra, not covered by insurance, to take images of my eye. I expressed my concern for the eye drops as I didn't think it necessary for myself or my kid at the time. The lady doing our initial exam said because I hadn't had an exam within the past year I had to choose one. I lost my glasses and I needed to get the exam done and my insurance only covers one exam a year. So there went $80 extra that I hadn't anticipated spending just so I didn't have to have my eyes dilated. Been to several eye exams and never was told they needed to dilate my eyes to examine them. Its a great tool if you have certain risk factors or are there because of issues you are having, but that was not my case. The doctor was nice enough, but he went through as fast as he could and it seemed like he was just eager to be done with his day. This is one of those times i wish I would have listened to other reviews. My appointment was several months ago, so hopefully things have changed. Wherever you go don't make a mistake like me and allow yourself to be rushed into something. This was the Avondale location.
