This review was long over due. Chris and his team have painted three homes for us (both interior and exterior) in the past two years and they did an amazing job! In June 2020 we decided to get our kitchen and bathroom cabinets repainted. After get a few quotes, reviewing the work and reviews, we decided to go with AZ West Painting. They were really quick with responding and we got to go over some different color ideas. The job was complete within the time frame they told us and they did a really amazing job. They were professional and they explained the process to us so we knew what they were doing on what days. I would recommend this company to anyone. I contacted the company for an estimate for interior painting, minor repairs and dry wall repairs. I was provided with a scheduled appointment on July 18, 2020 between the hours of 3-4pm. Around 430 pm I still had not heard from anyone and called. The man stated he forgot about the appointment and that he would come straight over. While he, I don't feel he listened what I was trying to convey or what it was that we were actually looking for. He didn't take any notes or measurements. Once he completed a the walk-through, he left and stated he would need a couple days to get the estimate together. That was 3 weeks ago and I still have yet to hear from him. I cannot report on the actual work itself but his lack of professionalism for being a " premier painting contractor" ,communication, and reliability was enough to deter me away from using his company.
