Roy and his crew were great. Amazing customer service. I had a leak/dry rot in my patio roof which I ended up choosing to reroof the patio. They also replaced the seal on my front door and some electrical work. Every one of these jobs were completed well and to my satisfaction. An area that I find many businesses fall short in is communication. Roy and his team were very good at keeping me updated throughout all the projects. As a mom of 2 young children I very much appreciated that they were very good with my children. Even including them in the simplest of step in one of the jobs (pulling a rubber piece off). Such a small gesture that they did not have to do nor was it expected means so much to me and my children!

We had 3 small projects for Roy to do, the first was repair and replacement of our outdoor gate, which went very well. The outdoor gate was repaired and it functioning properly. The second project was installation of a new storm door (Metal screen door). We were told that our door would be installed Tuesday. We received a text Tuesday saying that our screen door was not ready yet and it would be installed during the day on Wednesday. So Roy came and installed our screen door (which was attached to our existing door frame). The door does not secure on its own because the door does not meet up with the frame properly. The only way the door is secured is if the dead bolt on the screen door is locked. There is a about a one inch gap along the sides of the door on both the top and the bottom so that basically rendered the door useless as a screen door. I was gone at the time and returned and my wife was not happy about the door. She asked Roy about how it could be fixed and made so the door secures on its own. Roy stated that the bolts are one way so they could not be removed to fix the door. I know what that means, since you improperly installed the door into the wood frame you would have to remove the wood frame and remount the entire screen door. The same day Roy was going to fix our back yard hose attachment as the faucet was leaking when we tried to use the hose. Roy had to cut off the old attachment and in doing so burned the stucco on the outside of the house. By the time I got back home I saw what had been done and I said we need to call Roy and have him fix this. Fix the door, and at least paint the stucco that was burned (we have just had our house freshly painted so we already had all the needed things. My wife left him a voicemail and responded via text saying he would call us as soon as he got out of his meeting. No return call. I find the lack of professionalism unacceptable. So I have a useless screen door ( I can provide pictures) that's mounted improperly and burned stucco on the side of my house. The only reason there are not ZERO STARS is because he did a good job repairing our gate. I waited as long as I could before writing this, hoping that it would be made right. That has not happened..
