Customer service is less than non existent, the cashiers are ALL rude mo matter what time you go in, i purchased a lighter that never worked took it back the next day the lady refused to replace it and she actually cursed at me and got up in my face she said i should have made sure the lighter worked b4 i bought it, and she refused to give me her name, she was a BIG girl with a manly haircut she acted as if she was going to punch me in the face, all of this because they sold me $5 lighter that never worked, the cashier proceeded to scream (not yell, SCREAM) AT ME TO GET THE F$%! OUT OF HER STORE AND SHE Was calling me names as i was walking away

Hands down worst "IN"convenience store that I've ever experienced. We've lived a few blocks from this store for about 5 years now and we've had nothing but bad experiences everytime. My uncle who lives with us is mentally disabled and they've tried to take advantage of that and him several times when giving him the wrong change back. One time it was so bad we argued with them for about 20 minutes before finally informing them they have one last chance to return the correct change before we call the police. They immediately without hesitation or explanation gave him his correct change as soon as we mentioned calling the police. My brother used to work at a gas station and a smoke shop and any clerk will tell you that there are thieves who try to pull these scams all the time where they will purposely try to confuse the cashier and SWEAR they gave them a bigger bill than they did and even threaten to call the cops to get the cashier to give them back much more change than they're owed. The cashiers are trained to stand their ground. Otherwise if they handed $ to every scammer who threatened to call the cops they'd give away money every day nearly. They all got cameras on the cash registers (including this place) so it's easy to prove. The way this lady that's always mean and rude and tries to take advantage of mentally disabled people suddenly gave up the money the second we mentioned the cops shows she knew she was the one trying to scam and not just some arbitrary corporation but a mentally disabled man while looking him in the eye. Another time the old ethnic man roughly ripped my card out of my hand and ran it without permission when I was actually trying to locate another card to pull out to hand him. Too many utterly horrid experiences to describe here but we finally decided to go elsewhere even though they're most convenient for us. Then just now we forgot to stop at the one we regularly use that are awesome and in the pizza hut parking lot so we decided to just give it actually we so mend chance. HUGE mistake. This lady can't be decent for one visit. I just paid with a $20 and she gave me change from two packs of $6.10 then after I turn and am walking out to leave she yells at me to stop and come back. Then she hands me two "French quarters" and starts lecturing me on paying attention to the change I'm getting back cuz someone gave me fake money and I just kinda ya ok her and go to leave but then she says she needs the change back for those two quarters and I hand her a dollar then I realized what she was doing and told her that I never gave her that French money and with a rude attitude she says that I sure as hell did then I tell her I paid with a $20 and bought these two packs and got this change. Now it's been damn near two years since we argued with her for 20 minutes and threatened to call the cops on her cuz she was trying to scam a mentally disabled person so at first she didn't recognize me but once she tried to start scamming me and get stern and give me attitude and I replied VERY assertively and proved to her that I HAD to have paid with a $20 based on my total and my change she finally recognized me and remembered who she's messing with or trying to but failing to mess with again and immediately folded and said I was right and gave me my dollar back and took back the "French quarters". I didn't have to mention the cops this time to get her to stop trying but failing AGAIN to scam a customer. These people already got their liquor license yanked and owners arrested and all kinds of crazy stuff. Obviously to this day as you can see an above comment on a review where a guy says this place sold tobacco to his underage daughter recently. They're rude, dishonest, and corrupt. Don't shop here. You've been warned.

The lady is very nice but the kid there has 0 intrest in customer service he's unfriendly and makes you feel unwelcome. Everytime I go there its like that, it's a cool shop but unfortunately i will not be returning.
