RV Doctor-Mobile Repair

The 50 amp shore power went out on my ClassA in the middle of an Arizona heat wave (115) I thought it was the transfer switch and called Darrell to see if he could come out that day to fix it. He said he could, and arrived as scheduled (no emergency trip charge as others quoted me) He discovered my diagnosis was wrong. I actually had a fried male plug on my power cord. Darrell replaced the plug, saved me hundreds of dollars, and I had my AC running again! Thank you Darrell. I’ll be using you again! Service: Electrical

Darryl was prompt, courteous, supportive, and friendly while on site repairing our travel trailer of minor damage on the rear right side. He arrived at scheduled date and time, explained what had to be done and completed to our satisfaction. He is one of the best RV Techs we have found on the road while traveling and requiring RV service. Darrell was out today to replace our RV toilet. Did an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant. While he was here we had him install a replacement outdoor fixture we had purchased. What took him 15 minutes would have taken my husband an afternoon. To me it was money well spent and a lot less stress. I highly recommend the RV Doctor. When you travel, a mobile RV repair person like Darrell is a Godsend!! He works on park models also. Thanks Darrell. Evy

Darryl has worked on my 40 foot Class A motorhome for each of the past 6 years. I have been on the road in all parts of the country and find RV repair work inadequate many times. I have developed a program of holding all but the worst problems till I return to my winter home here in Mesa and give them all to Darryl to repair. Thus 99% of my problems are not emergencies. We get together when I arrive and review and evaluate each of the problems and work together to decide on solutions. His work is well thought out, and the decisions are made together. Darryl shows respect because I keep meticulous records of my RV's problem history and I make intense observations of the problems as they arise. I believe that not everything in an RV is an emergency and respect that Darryl is both owner and the only technician in his business. Thus he is unable to respond to everyone's perceived "emergency". RV Doctor is the only RV repair technician that works on this motorhome, and I have been completely satisfied with the caliber, quality and accuracy of his work.
