I am so thankful for Steve and his company. I needed a septic inspection done right away so I could provide the information to the title company. He was able to come out the next day and take care of it for me! I had the report emailed to me the same day. Great experience!

Worst company ive ever experienced. Didnt show up when scheduled, I had to call and beg him to show up. When he finially showed, all the complaing started. Said he needed 400 cash upfront before he started. He then tried to find every reason to not do tue job. After getting my money he only pumped part of it out and left. This guy is an old crothety crook! Do yourself a favor amd look elsewhere. And this was the owner ofthe pathetic company!

The rep that came out failed to inform us that our tank had water above the water level and that the fee quoted would have left the tank empty only if it was below the water level. He left without informing us the tank still had waste and water in it. When I called to ask about this he was rude and condescending. He only told me about the water issue after he had left. Also, when I called I was not told that they only accept cash. I would NEVER recommend them!!

Showed up on a Sunday AM in less than 2 hours. Gave me a ton of knowledge on how to best maintain my septic system. Great company that really does know what they are doing.
