2 yrs in a row. Son ordered flowers from this venue. Would not recommend. Flowers are drooping by evening. Must be old before they deliver. I believe is supporting local, but not this one.

Regretfully the delivery driver called and I was very, very rude because I thought he was robo calls I had been dealing with.
Thank you for calling back until I listened.
Also, thanks for the beautiful flowers.
Please let driver know I am very sorry.

So, called a week and a half ahead for Valentines flowers... arrived to pick them up and had only half of the flowers I requested! They'd used some orchids to help fill in, which was fine, but they were all drooped over and browning. I pointed that out and they asked that I come back latter and they'd fix it. So I did, this time no browning, but still all droopy - "oh - they do that" was the response? Oddly in the pics on their website that was not the case.
And there was no arrangement - it looked like they'd just stuffed them all into a vase in clumps! A couple of dilapidated greens and that was it.
If they hadn't already charged my CC I'd have just gone to Target and hoped for the best - it certainly would have been a step up and a lot less than the $150+ they charged.
I should have done more research - I was rewarded for my lack of diligence...

Received beautiful Christmas arrangement today. A gift from my daughter and her family in ND. Very pleased.
