I will never return, suggest you go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle with these people.

Curt and gruff is right. I would say downright hateful. I need my tank recertified and they were closing and I didn't realize the tank had to be completely empty. If she could have physically thrown it back in my face I think she would have. You really think I want to come back again for more of that? Driving an extra five miles today to go to a place that appreciates my business and can speak to me in a respectful way. I was literally met with scowls when I got out of my truck. Felt like there was a hostage situation going on inside. I felt completely unnerved before even the first word was spoken. Worst propane experience in 8 years on the road.

The experience was great! The woman over the phone was delightful. The man who had come was probably one of the nicest men I have met. Very courteous and informative. In my book if you are satisfied with customer service and prices are competitive, why go anywhere else?

I had 2 old aero propane tanks to return to them..and they wanted to charge me a disposal fee...really the nerve..
