Carpet install (via Lowes) in a rental unit. The "pre-job" experience was relatively good. Their dispatch team was able to work me in to an opening they had due to a cancellation, which is great news when you're running a rental business. HOWEVER, the installation experience was pretty poor. Installation quality is mediocre, at best. The carpet is poorly-stretched and absolutely doomed to bunch-up & buckle in the future. Not impressed, at all. But HERE's the piece that REALLY burns me. The installers absolutely POUNDED the toilet, and left it clogged with a RIDICULOUS amount of human waste. No effort to go find a plunger and make it right, no contact for an awkward heads-up, no apologetic note left behind... just a toilet full of $#1T waiting for me upon arrival. If you want quality work executed by true professionals, look elsewhere. Service: Floor fitting

It took a little longer than they expected to get the job done, but both Mario and his partner were kind, helpful and professional. I can be very assertive about my needs and both men listened to my concerns and were never condescending or disrespectful. They were most accomodating and I will use them again in the future.
