Owner/operator Mark Randash has 43 years of experience and is a good equipment operator and a real character. He gave me a written quote and did not honor it. After quoting me a $700.00 price to do the job he arrived at my property ready to work, and that's when the double talk started. Long story short he did 3 hours of work (sitting in a Bobcat) and his story went from $200.00 to $300.00 for the day to start, to a whooping $550.00 for the day, and to finish the job he would need another $1050.00, on top of the $550.00 that he needed in cash right now today! When I showed him his written quote he stated that, that was "for another deal". Basically it wasn't worth the paper it was written on. My next move was to get this guy, his equipment, and his truck off my property as quickly as possible. He then followed me to the bank to get his money in cash and offered me farm fresh eggs after he got his envelope. Ha, the eggs are cheaper at Fred Meyer's, bottom line this is not an honest man. I rate him at two stars because he was on time and he did make the yard look noticeably better. He's just not honest, I would have gladly gave him his asking price if.......he had asked for it up front, in his quote, not the old Bait & Switch, in 2018!!!! Come on man, grow up.
