Staff is kind, the most on-time facility ran, the whole-person approach is ideal . The facility is SOoo nice & laid out, there's even a sidewalk to walk around the bldg if u have time. I've gone to a few yoga classes & a cooking class. I wish there were facilities like this thru out the states. Alaska gives the best care to our ppl.

For 2 whole years this place has strung me and my family along cancelling optometry appointments because they dont have a dr or provider that day!! We were supposed to come in this week for 3 eye appointments, they called and wanted to reschedule AGAIN! They been doing this for 2 years!! I made these appointments 6 months ago because they did the same thing to us 6 months ago!! If I reschedule theyll just want to reschedule again when the time comes! This is absolutely bonkers!! They need to get it together, they dont actually help anyone doing this. I made appointments elsewhere, Im tired of being dragged along for years. Never again. When you finally do get seen here if ever, you leave with anxiety and no real solution!! This is not ok to do to native people! DO BETTER. If you can use Medicaid or insurance, dont even waste your time here and go to a real dr. Your sanity will thank you. This place aint it!!
