first time getting a cut at this place adrian was the best she cut my hair with 30 years experience i was totally satisfied everyone else i went prior screwd up my hair adrian is my new stylist she rocks!!!

Glenda and her staff, as well as the students I met, are wonderful people. I honestly believe they wish the best for every student who comes through their door. I examined all of my options for my education. Glenda's seemed a better alternative to driving to Anchorage daily. Proximity, cost and convenience where deciding factors. However...as a Nail Technician student; I was very disappointed in the lack of actual time spent with me...and the fact that I was their 'only' student training in this specialty. As such I was given a book, placed in a corner for three days to read, and basically on my own. The fourth day I received; with instructions; a manicure. That same day, I performed three complete manicures without the instructor coming by at any point to 'check' up on me or my procedures. My fourth day was my last at this training facility. I am currently enrolled in the same State sanctioned 250 hour program for Nail Technician with Advanced Certification classes in Anchorage. The instructor places emphasis on sanitation and the client's safety and well-being, which should be important to every Nail Technician, as well as proper technique. Although I have not mastered everything I will need to know to be a successful Nail Technician....I am confident that I am well on my way.
