It was a decent experience. Out of my entire Alaskan Honeymoon, I was most looking foward to riding the Floatplane and touring Denali. Unfortunately the weather made it impossible to tour it while we were there. But that is not the fault of this company, I am glad they are attentive to the weather.
We opted for a quick local 30 floatplane tour as the weather only was permissible for a local flight. The pricing system needs major reworking, as the customer is not guaranteed the printed price unless additional riders are added. Deceitful advertising, that makes you feel stolen from in the end. If no other customers join your flight, you are forced to pay for a "private flight".
The pilot was very lazy on discussing any safety measures. He was just like, "There's your seatbelt, and we have a first aid kit and extra radio in a compartment up front". He seemed flustered and annoyed so I didn't ask any questions.I was sitting directly behind him, and when he got in, he pushed his seat all the way back without warning and his seat hit my legs pretty hard, making me very uncomfortable. He didn't speak to us for over half the flight, and then towards the end he said, "Oops, I forgot to turn my mic on. I thought you guys were just quiet today", after not noticing that 5 passengers hadn't spoken in 20 minutes??
I enjoyed landing in water, but that was really the only good part. Overall, pretty disappointed. I love flying, but this experience was subpar at best.
All in all, I would probably advise people to look elsewhere to fly.

My wife and I had a great experience with this company and they hooked us up with an AMAZING fishing guide named Tim Buechle who put us on salmon, rainbow trout, and lake trout. The flight to a remote lake was amazing and we had perfect weather to view Mt. Denali as soon as we took off but the highlight of our trip was meeting Tim and getting to spend a few days with him. Tim is one of those genuinely good people who you feel lucky to have met afterwards. We’re not sure when our next trip to Alaska will be but when that happens, linking up with Tim is an absolute must! He was kind, funny, extremely hospitable, polite, well prepared, patient, calm, EXTREMELY knowledgeable of the area and he also knows just about everyone in town. Whether you’re an avid outdoorsman or just learning the ropes, he knows how to handle every situation. I’m sure they have other great guides too but I can’t say enough good things about Tim!

We happened to visit on 07/10/2021 in the early afternoon. Our trip could have been better if the pilot is not so RUDE to our family. For a 1/2 hr wild life tour which we pad $400 plus, the pilot neither cared not bothered, Shame on him. The company should not encourage this individual.
However, the lady at the front desk is fabulous. Went above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable and answered all of our questions.
One star for the natural beauty and an another for the front desk assistant.
