Customer Service? Outstanding and in many ways unexpected! I am a very head strong kind of woman. I know what I want. I know how to get it and no one will tell me otherwise! He knew what he was talking about and I am highly impressed! My husband was very pleased as well. Considering we just bought our car and some idgit ran into us like a ding bat, we were pretty frustrated. Sean handled our temperament very well. FOUR THUMBS UP. Our car was in and out as he said it would be. Very very very pleased. Highly recommended.

If I could give zero stars I would! This place is a joke tried to blame the fact one of them chipped the paint off the hood of our car as a corrosion. Yet it wasn’t there when we dropped car off also when asked for him to zoom in and show us pictures he stated it’s pixelated and can’t do that which I found as a lie! I know my car that wasn’t there and we have pictures before taking to ship to prove it. When he said take it to another professional after my wife said she would he went to saying he will fix and expects us to cover a rental car for what they did. He also called usaa out insurance company to try to cover his end before we called and said that it was a manufactured defect to them but telling us otherwise. I don’t recommend this place unless you want to have another issue to fix with your car. Which reminded me that our check engine light came on when we got it back. Stay clear and find a professional place. Sean also got angry and upset with my wife because she wasn’t buying the lies.
