Very unprofessional. We had a fishing trip scheduled with them for months and were traveling to Alaska from Texas. The receptionist called us 36 hours before our scheduled fishing trip and canceled due to an engine failure on one of their vessels. She had no other referrals for fishing to give us and suggested google. We asked also to cancel our lodging as we had no reason to go to Seward after the canceled fishing trip. They refused and we were stuck paying almost $800 in lodging for 2 nights. The owners would not speak to us. We were only able to be in contact with the receptionist who was an intern in college.

We had a great experience with the charter and lodge. We did our Charter with Captain Bob along with Carter and Noah who served as our deck hands. The fishing was pretty slow most of the day, but the crew would not give up. Things started hopping at the end of the day and Captain Bob kept us out past schedule to ensure we all had a great catch. Went above and beyond. Carter and Noah worked super hard and really hustled to help everyone on board. I do not fish and was there for my son as this was his graduation trip. The crew was very patient with me and helpful, so my husband and son could do their thing. I even caught the first halibut of the day with a lot of help. The lodge is very cute and you can’t beat the location.
