VERY POOR SERVICE, WOULD NOT RECOMEND Artic Dirt works. They came out to replace out drain field and holding tank, which went fine. BUT....3 weeks later the lift station pump went out. When I called them to come take care of us they said it would be a day or two. Two days later we had not heard back so I called again only for them to say they were not coming because they did not touch the lift station. The professional thing for them to do would have been to call us as soon as they decided they were not going to help us. Instead we were two additional days without a working sewer and a real fear of backing up into the home. VERY POOR service.

We had a back yard. HAD!! They turned part of our yard into a graveled driveway hit one of our trees(no idea how) Also raked up extra gravel and just piled it up around a tree!!! Had bob come out cause we called and complained. Bob said we don’t do landscaping. We understand that. But what about all the gravel and pit run you left. Bob asks didn’t you read the contract ? (I didn’t sign a contract. I agreeded to an estimate ) Bob then asks well can you flush? My husband lost it and told him to get the F off our property! They even buried the old tank IN THE YARD!!!!!! 😳 If your reading this and considering using them I wouldn’t. Unless you don’t care you have a gravel pit in your yard!!!

This company is great all the way around. There people, work, and finished product is great. Can't say enough about them. Highly recommend.

Installed our septic system. Incorrectly! Pumping and thawing has had to come out 3 times now since we bought this house (4 months). With a three year guarantee transference to us. Pumping and thawing will not come out anymore saying the septic system wasn’t installed correctly saying there are 6 elbows when there should only be 2. I’ve tried at least 20 times to have Dirt Works come out, leaving voicemails and being told they’d call us back in a couple of minutes, but never receiving a call back. We have been trying to have Arctic dirt works fix this problem before winter even hit so they could fix the over flow into our yard (literally sewer pumping into our front yard) no call backs no plans to fix their mess ups. Awful awful.
