You will never experience more unprofessional service anywhere in the United States than with C&F Bayside Auto Repair in Kodiak, Alaska. All those cars you see being repaired in that shop have been there for months. They will accept your job and return your vehicle after several months still in the same condition. The first time I went there, I asked for basic oil change on the phone and repeated several times in person that it should just be a basic oil change. They still charged full service, charging me for coolant when I just flushed the coolant myself five days earlier, charging me for all other things that weren't needed, including supposedly adding steering oil when I had it topped off myself. And when I left, I got three screws on one of my tires, so I had to run flat. My good friend sent his car there for repair and after six months and it is still "being repaired." Do not support this repair shop.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Brought my car there in February and had so many excuses told to me as to why it's still not fixed 8 months later. Now we have been told it's missing and he filed for bankruptcy so he won't be able to pay us the small claims case we won against him. Don't trust them.
