Service this time was extremely good! Maria was the waitress and I believe she stated she was new. Good hire! It appears there is a push to incorporate social media into the experience, which is a sign that the restaurant is not afraid to be new and aggressive. The menu had both conventional and modern diet approriate items. I tried the grilled chicken with mango salsa and it was PERFECT. There was brown rice as well to compliment the healthier choice. Another added bonus with Don Joses is the guacamole dip made fresh tableside. Wonderful option if you get there AFTER 5 til....not sure when. Now the biggest downside and definitely a consideration in my book... We paid extra for a second basket of chips 1.75. We paid 2.00 more for a tiny container of sour cream. That guacamole was 8.00. I was contemplating getting fajitas until I discovered that additional tortillas would be 1.75 per 3 and it comes with just 3 to begin with. So, basically they nickel and dime you to death....is it a sign of the times or just a pinch to corner you and get you unawares. Either way come prepared to go above the menu listings to have a comfortable experience. I reccomend it. Food is good and wait staff equally committed. Pricing is another story =)

Great food. Had the bean and cheese burrito and it was huge. Server was very pleasant.
