Joey Cloud's broken down, abandoned excavator has been on our property in Nikiski for over 5 yrs. We were in contact with him and he promised the world that he would take care of things for 2 yrs. He stopped being in contact an we had to hire a lawyer.
He does not respond to lawyers to remove his broken down excavator or us personally. He was paid upfront for the work he never completed. We want the excavator removed or the right to sell it. Do not do business with this contractor.
