Highlander Grooming

I have been satisfied every time I have come here. I started using this groomer years ago when she was at another company. She then went out on her own and I followed. So thankful for her. Just be on time and she is a sweet heart. Happy she is in JNU and adds to the community.

The lady who owns the business is super rude. We used her for years, and every time would walk into her space not knowing what to expect. She takes her personal drama to work and spills it on customers, when in bad mood. Our pet senses it too. A few days ago we got to our appointment 15 min late because of a family emergency, just to listen to a nasty lecture and to be kicked out. Yes, it was our fault to be late, but it doesn't give her any reason to treat us like garbage and deny services. Bye-bye, Highlander Grooming, bark at somebody else.

Customer service is non existent. If you get your dog or cat groomed here be advised that if you are even a little late you will be rudely turned away. I tried to tell them that I had called to say I was late and nobody answered she said harshly “well I was right by the phone and I never heard it ring” like somehow I was lying. Hylander Grooming is clearly after volume of customers over customer service.

My mother in law took her yorkie to the new lady who took over highlander grooming she didnt even groom her little yorkie and charged her 90 dollars and was very rude she will never go back thinl twice before you go there.
