Our cat needed an appointment at the Vet, so we made one. Cost for a medical exam us $85.
OK, that is reasonable. $15 per minute for treatment seems kind of excessive. But what gets me is that they decided to charge $150.00 AFTER THE FACT and call it an emergency visit even though it was a scheduled appointment. No $150 instead of $85, but $150 AND $85.
TOTAL BILL FOR A Shot, shave, and collar?
$380.39
And when I gave them $400?
"We don't make change, so we will have to just give you credit".
What a way to do business.
