Ordered water on the phone. Everyone was nice. On water delivery day They (Hanks) cancelled because they don’t cross bridges without an engineers report. You think they would have told me they don’t cross bridges when I ordered the water. When I asked why, I was told I should have told them that there was a bridge and I was to provide an engineers report. I’m not sure how I was supposed to know this since it is not covered in their advertisement nor was I told when I ordered the water. Very confusing. I called their competition “Quick Draw” and they had no problem with the bridge since it is traversed by heavy equipment routinely during the winter. Quick Draw seems to want to get the job done instead of Hanks method of finding ways not to work. In summary. Hanks very bad. Quick Draw very good workers. Go with Quick Draw if you want an honest vendor.
