Approximately 10 days ago, the line from our well to the house broke and water started to come up around the well and freezing at the surface. We placed calls to several area well drillers and everyone was very responsive in returning our calls. However, Tom at Aurora Drilling was the only one who was able to come right out and evaluate our emergency. He returned the next day in very cold weather and spent several hours installing a temporary above-ground water line (insulated and heat taped). We were very pleased with the service and Tom was friendly and professional. We would definitely recommend Aurora Drilling.

Based on our experience, I believe Aurora Drilling deserves the highest recommendation. In fact, I wish I could give them a higher rating than 5 Star — they certainly deserve it. Every person I dealt with at Aurora, whether Tom, Derrick, Michael, or Katrina in the office, did a superb job. They are smart, experienced, and totally professional — and they know what they are doing about drilling and connecting wells, that’s for sure. We are a small vegetable farm. We need a good well. We have had many wells in our almost 60 years of existence but we have never had one with good flow until Aurora Drilling came along. They tested our existing well, explained what was wrong, chose a site for a new well and prospect drilled that site, then drilled a new six inch well sixty feet deep that provides 3 times as much water per minute as all our other wells combined. We were amazed and thank God for Aurora Drilling and their knowledgeable crew. They were a true pleasure to work with.

Placed a call to Aurora Drilling and left a message, was called back immediately and then explained circumstances of request for well service. I was informed that a well technician would be able to come out within the hour. Technician called within fifteen minutes and after explaining to Sam what was happening he immediately stated what he suspected the problem to be and stated if so the fix would likely be completed in just a few hours. Sam arrived at the time stated and begin explaining what would need to occur and asked could he drive onto our yard to complete work and apologized for any inconvenience this might cause, he immediately began work and when the problem was located he clearly showed that his suspected fault was correct and the repair was made. Testing of the system to include water pressure test, cycling of the pressure switch and pressure with faucets throughout the house showed a 100% correction. Everything was explained as the job was completed along with information regarding if events were to occur then some simple corrections could be made to facilitate. Our family was pleasantly surprised by not only the promptness of service but more so the quality of service inclusive of the AMAZING attitude of SAM and Aurora Drilling. Sam is the epitome of Customer Service. Renewed my faith in humanity under the austere conditions we are currently in to have someone exemplify the action of kindness

We have used Aurora Drilling services twice in the last few weeks and they have been excellent both times. Caring and courteous, and were able to squeeze in our emergency with our well pump breaking and a pipe leaking in the garage. No doubt they will be the ones we call for all our well and plumbing needs.
