        There appointment time is suck!! Never on time. I understand busywork but over 30 minutes they should let us know for something. There front desk staff is not nice either.

        Im a longtime customer with Dr. Delzer but am absolutely frustrated with the eyeglass department. Ive called three times in one day asking for a call back- no one ever called-horrible customer service.

        DO NOT GO THERE, My dad ordered glasses July of 2023 and they havent arrived to this day(January) and guess what they lost my dads frames after 6 months, horrible. Save yourself the trouble
