I never leave a bad review; I understand that stuff can happen, and mistakes are made. But this is the worst choice I have ever made when it came to our new house insurance. We called to get a quote from them and a couple of others to shop for insurance. We called the first week of November to get a quote from them, and it held our cars, ATVs, and the house. Then they were the cheapest around, so we went with them. Big MISTAKE! Called back to a lady named Lorraine, and had to do the quote again because I guess keeping records and sharing them between co-workers is a new concept for them. We settled for almost 1900 insurance police from them. Sent it to our mortgage company and closed on the house December 2nd, 2023. Two weeks later we got a call from Lorraine, and she asked when our closing date was. Mind you that everything was sent in and approved by everyone, and they called to ask when we closed. TWO WEEKS LATER! So, we tell them. Next week my wife gets a call from Lorraine again stating that they need pictures of my wood pellet stoves and until they get them, we do not have homeowners insurance. And when they do get them, they will FORGE the papers and backdate them to make it look like the insurance policy started on December 1st. Basically, blackmailing us to do their job. My wife did not tell me until they got off the phone because I would have blown up on them. You should never threaten anyone that you dont know because it could bite you in the end. I am a government employee with a high clearance that I must report to the clearance offices and tell them what happened. Then a month later since I do not burn corn pellets in my wood pellet stoves my rates went from 1900 to 2500. After they already agreed to the closing. Now since the Mortgage company will not pay the new amount, they again are threating us with no homeowners insurance. I would pay triple for insurance rather than go with this so-called company!
DO NOT EVER GET INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY.
I have spread the word for the Military here in Fairbanks AK.

Laura Brugger is a very good communicator!
She is also very good at providing more coverage for less expense! Compare with who you currently use, you just might be amazed! She also responded very quickly to inquires about a claim and the adjuster called me the same day.
