John did a great job, many of the companies I called didn’t answer but John answered, quoted and scheduled in the same day. He also text the day before to confirm. He was on time did a great job the carpets looked new again. He was pleasant to work with highly recommend.

You guys! Pick John! Our house had soot all over from a vacuum disaster, our huge sections was, in sections, black just a mess. John was quick to come here and so hardworking with such a thorough job. I never review things but after dealing with some questionable companies lately I just thought someone else should feel secure in picking him (our landlord actually did) but I'm glad! Did a great job. Thanks!

John Knutson has been there for us and our carpets. From our RV to our rentals, to our own home he has cleaned them all! He goes above and beyond every time and he has more than fair pricing. He is professional, timely, and courteous. It is amazing how life changing a clean carpet is; it changes your perspective on your home and even gives a boost to your mood.
My favorite story is when he cleaned the carpeted steps coming in from our garage. We thought the carpet was grey bc of the wear over the years..turned out it was a beautiful sky blue! We have since moved from there or i would post a picture.
Another story is when he cleaned the carpets in our rental property in 2015. He saved us thousands! We thought we should replace it because it was 7 years old. Thankfully, we got his professional opinion and we were able to postpone replacement until this past summer (2019).
John really is a great guy, and to top things off he is trustworthy, so i have no problem letting him clean while we aren't there. I highly recommend Knutson's Carpet Cleaning.
