I stayed in one of Pat's furnished one bedroom places for a few months while working and it was like being at home. She is a very nice and caring lady, she has a few different places but the one i had was just right for me. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, what ever you need, I would highly recommend staying at one of Pat's places when your in Fairbanks.

I didn't even make it into the establishment without horrible service!! I don't know if it's the manager or owner of the place but she was extremely disrespectful to me and my boyfriend. We asked what any specials she had going (if any) and she told us "don't waste my time" and continued with her attitude. And eventually just said "bye" so we left. I would not recommend this place to anyone, which is a shame because we didn't even get to actually stay and try it out. Oh well! Plenty of other places that would love to take our money and give us the treatment we deserve :)
