Mane Place

I decided to give this place a shot because I was having a hard time finding a place with decent prices and I had been to other salons here in Fairbanks but it was just so expensive. I went in and Makayla, one of the professionals there greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome. She asked what I had wanted done and I told her and she got started. She was so friendly and talked with me the whole time. I had a touch up of my balayage and a nice healthy cut and she did an amazing job! The color came out great and the price was what sold me. But I loved her! I will definitely be going back and recommending friends! Thanks Makayla!

My wife and I take all our kids (and ourselves) to Mane Place for hair cuts and styling. The students are really patient with the kids, and the cuts on the adults are top notch. We would recommend them to anyone!

You get what you pay for. I stupidly had a student do my highlights, and they're awful. The instructor was supervising and telling her she was doing a good job. I had to get it fixed at a professional salon. She said the student did a very poor job and was surprised the instructor approved of it. The price is good, but not when you have to have your hair redone by someone else.
