        Mr Donnellan is a gentleman. He's off 8th and Kellum and works out of the basement of his home. If you have mobility issues, he will accommodate you. He took over a lot of the late Eugene Belland work. Gave me a good deal on reworking my deed, since I did a lot of legwork. Only reason I did not give a 5 is that I have not retained him for any complicated issue, but I'm sure he would rise to the occasion, or refer me to someone he trusted himself.
