        I could never find a direct-link forum for the Eagle River Cricket store to leave a more timely review regarding my earlier-this-year experience there, but at least I now found this. Manager JUSTIN was fantastic. Beyond excellent in customer care relations. Extremely polite, respectful and knowledgeable in ways that are just not so commonly found in customer service anymore. I had a VERY positive experience replacing my outdated iPhone with an affordable newer model that worked for my lifestyle and budget. He even accomplished a transfer that went seamlessly, when I expected difficulties. Wonderful experience, and I was/am so glad I drove so far to interact with him, rather than using the store that was right near my home where the customer service and reputation concerned me. Justin, you rock!
