        Joel has been cleaning our gutters and hard-to-reach second-story windows for five or six years now. He is responsive, comes when he says he will, and does a great job. I also really appreciate his willingness to come do the work that is too hard for us to reach while letting us clean the gutters and windows that we can take care of ourselves.
