I can see why this location is closing down attitude is a reflection of management and poor training very rude and slow I got there at 5:05 and wrote this at 5:30 still in store just to do ansimple refund and I was the only one in the store This is one reason why people are going to online shopping to avoid store personnel that don't have the proper training or skills to be in certain positions as companies continue to struggle to find quality trained personnel to fill positions they could have used a kiosk to fill that position and maybe could have saved the store.

I don't like to leave negative reviews because it's really hard to paint a picture with 1 or 2 visits to a location and typically if you have a bad experience you aren't about to go back.
I however have been patronizing this particular location for at least 3 years. Or at least I used to before they fired the good staff. There used to be a nice girl named the Rachel and several others who were exceptionally helpful.
I don't know if management changed but the new staff is absolutely unprofessional and rude. GNC products themselves are still fine.
I last went in there and asked about a GNC protein product with a seasonal flavor. Both employees laughed rudely and told me that it didn't exist. I had previously purchased this exact product every year prior around that season.
Not to get caught up in the intricacies of whether my personal flavor choices are valid; the fact that the new employees were both rude to customers and unaware of their own products led me to cancel my GNC membership completely and to purchase all of my future products directly off of Amazon. I'm all for supporting local businesses and I try to whenever possible but I will not patronize a business with such poor management that they place those individuals as customer service professionals.
