Bad customer service ! I asked a worker what turkey beligisio was he didnt know he asked the Blond haired lady what it was she got upset , & said shes busy there was only two of us there! So I said I'l go somewhere else & that the customer service is bad & that Il go to the website & say something . Now to go on face book & make it public ! Im not from from here just here wanted a sub sandwich , been a customer for years not no more !

Means more than you know. I was looking around for a napkin to wipe my face with and a young with me having to say anything or look at him asked me do you need a napkin? I said yes and thank twice before I left and complemented him for show such great customer service in being "observant " of my needs. Thank you Subway.

This used to be my favorite location! Ever since they made a manager change things went downhill. I came in, just to order the same sandwich Ive been getting for years. The rude manager lady that everyone complains about in the reviews was making my sandwich..great. Told her I wanted chicken, she gave me turkey. Honest mistake, no biggie. She got so angry. You said turkey. I told her I dont even like turkey lol. She corrected it, but then started slamming stuff. Im not gonna take that and give them my hard earn money after that behavior. I said, Im good. Ill just go to another location. Have a good day. That manager lady, is so rude, and extremely unprofessional. Shes supposed to be the gold standard and an example for her staff. If the owner is reading this, look at all the reviews about your establishment. Most of them is about her. I will never come back to this location. I dont care if shes not working that day.
