Thanks for taking out the craft beer. Local beer?? Way to ruin the chain. Oh I have a crazy idea, let's sell the same beer that every other restaurant in the state sells. Thanks.

I have a love, hate relationship with this place. When I first moved to Anchorage 2 years ago I was over joyed to see this place. It's a chain restaurant and I have been to a few other places. I love the bbq chicken strips. Two times before the last when I ordered them they came out dry with just a zigzag of bbq. This is not how they usually are done. I questioned them and they said they had some complaints so they didn't toss them anymore and if I wanted them tossed then I should have asked for them to be. Again, this is a chain restaurant. Things should be done a certain way. Aside from the chain restaurant fact..... I requested another look at the menu. It states very clearly "tossed". So now I have to special request for my food to be served the way it says it'll be on the menu?!? I spoke with management about the rude way they treated me about the change and my lack of understanding why my food was wrong. He said this was incorrect and it should be tossed as it says on the menu. "The kitchen was mistaken". The time before the last time I went they came out not so warm but at least they were tossed. Now again, they have decided to stop tossing them. The most annoying thing is they way they act when you request them to be corrected. They treat you like you made a mistake and you are wasting their time. The menu says tossed, dang it I want them tossed! If I wanted them dry I'd order them that way. The service is always poor here. Very slow and they tend to be rude. They don't introduce themselves and they tend to walk away while you are talking. They forget drink orders and have to be asked multiple times to refill drinks. It's a shame this place isn't operated the way they are in the 48. It truly has so much potential. I would not advice going to this one but if you come across one down south (the Denver one is awesome) do it!!!
