        I have had them fix my oven twice. The first time I asked for an estimate BEFORE they fixed anything but they fixed it anyway without talking to me, it was $150. The second time (a month later) They came to look at it but didn't call me for 2 days, even though I wrote a big note on the front with my number (I didn't even know they came because it's a place of business). I finally called and found out they were researching parts. Do they fix things and do a good job? Yes. But if you expect them to follow any directions you give, look elsewhere. I should also mention that their building is hard to find, it's generic with no signs on it whatsoever.
