I called about a service they offer thats Ive utilized for every ride Ive booked with them called TRIP NOTIFICATIONS I have the messages to prove it asking why I only receive some notifications all random? I asked what was going on was it a system is it a glitch or what?
The lady on the phone basically told me they didnt have anything like this what!!! she didnt know what I was talking about even though it clearly states on their phone service to enroll in trip notification through with the eligibility office. I called the eligibility office.
This is ridiculous you have me in roll in something thats supposed to help and its not even consistent, then you tell me that you dont know what Im talking about. Seriously what bad customer service. So disappointed.
Edit to my review today December 10th 2021 Driver almost left behind my elderly mother that was standing right near the The van he never even came to the door to let us know he was outside.
Thank goodness for outdoor cameras or else I would have never known. He would have left her standing in the snow or possibly ran over her.
Wow this whole company just kept getting worse by the year.

You set up the times that you would like to have someone have rides to and from
Now the times are completely different whats the point of setting up rides ????when theyre not gonna be at the times that you set up ???or around the time that you set up ??? If its going to be completely different ???I dont get it ? it took time out of my day to complete this form for me to set these rides for your company AnchorRides not to follow through Im so frustrated.

I was told I have to make reservations . They will not keep the riders information in the system. Even though, I gave them the information . If I were running Anchor rides. I would take the information down. Then assign drivers to pick up the passengers without so much repeating.
