I asked Tom to go out and take a look at a water heater my tenant was concerned about after another company bad mouthed the water heater in front of my tenant. I explained the situation to Tom and he went out and took a look at it and confirmed it was up to code and working perfectly. He is very knowledgeable and has 35+ years of experience and took the time to explain things to me. I would definitely use the company again for my home and rentals. Thanks again Tom!

I really wanted this experience to be great because of the other online reviews but I was ghosted instead. We made an appointment on Saturday for service Tuesday morning. I called on Monday to confirm the appointment on Tuesday and spoke with who I presume was the owner. He said he would call me Tuesday morning when he was ready to head out. I did not receive a phone call Tuesday morning, or afternoon, or evening. This experience was distressing because I had scheduled the service with our tenant and rescheduling it is a whole thing that I'd rather not have to go through again.

Mr. Tom was the only plumber who was able to come to my home & fox my sink immediately. His rates are fair with no suppresses. He is only one I’ll trust to do any plumbing or contracting work in my home. He is also a fellow veteran. 🇺🇸
